    Celebrating America's 250th, America's 1st Corp Band 30-piece ensemble will perform patriotic songs as they kick off the second day of Lacey Spring Fun Fair, a FREE family festival offering free rides, live entertainment, kids' activities plus over 90 vendors and a car show.
