Traditions in Dialogue (Mexican Music)

Traditions in Dialogue (Mexican Music) is one of three public events hosted by Humanities Washington that are part of By the People:  Conversations Beyond 250 to commemorate America250.

This free event from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Wenatchee Valley Museum and Cultural Center will feature music from Mexico with the founders of a mariachi and in conversation with a family that makes son jarocho music together.  A demonstration and public Q&A will invite the public to engage in conversation about the complexities and strengths of the diverse nature of America.
