Toledo’s River of Wishes

A local recent high school graduate painted a beautiful mural on the wall in chambers – This idea came from the wishing wall suggestion for the 4th of July.

It is being present during our 7/20/2026 council meeting as a finished piece of art and wishes can begin going up.
