Celebration of Harvest & Culture – 250 Style
September 25 @ 6:00 pm - September 27 @ 5:00 pm
The Quincy Valley Historical Society and Museum’s bi-annual festival, a Celebration of Harvest & Culture, will honor all things 250 this year with the Spirit of ’76 colonial reenactor camp, visits by George Washington and John Hancock, live music, food, the usual harvest fun of apple juice pressing and wood-fired cookstove food, and more. Friday night plans include a presentation in the Pioneer Church with two founding fathers and costumed volunteers. Saturday will host the festival, which culminates in our Ceremony of Oneness where we celebrate “Out of Many, One.” Sunday will have an Americana-themed church service with the All-America potluck on site. More information to come on qvhsm.org or our Facebook page.
