America 250 Community Picnic

The City of Ellensburg, in partnership with Kittitas County America 250 celebrations, invites residents, families, and visitors to join a special Community Picnic celebrating America 250 on Saturday, July 4, 2026, from 2-6 p.m. at Unity Park, located at 4^th Ave. and Pearl St.

The free event will bring the community together to honor America’s 250^th anniversary through an afternoon of live music, art, yard games, and family-friendly fun. The celebration will begin with welcoming remarks and the presentation of the colors by the Yakama Warriors at 2:30 p.m. Live music will start at 2:45 p.m. with HornVibes, a two-person collaboration that explores an eclectic variety of musical styles using jazz standards. Roadfever, a classic rock cover band, will take the stage at 4 p.m.
