Down Home Fourth of July: Issaquah 250 Celebration

July 4 @ 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

The City of Issaquah invites the community to celebrate the Down Home Fourth of July, Issaquah 250 style, with a full day of family-friendly festivities in historic downtown Issaquah. Residents and visitors can enjoy the Kids & Pets Wagon Parade, followed by a special Farmer’s Market located in the heart of the festivities at Veteran’s Memorial Field. Families can enjoy the “Family Fun Zone” that includes hands-on activities, crafts, yard games, plus a professional balloon artist and a magic show! To commemorate America’s 250th birthday, the parade will also feature participation from a local historical reenactment group, helping bring Issaquah’s past to life through period attire, interactive displays, and living history demonstrations. Their involvement will add a unique historical element to the celebration and highlight the community’s connection to its local heritage. The Issaquah History Museums will also host exhibits of Issaquah’s rich history at the Issaquah Train Depot, right next to Veteran’s Memorial Field. Join us to celebrate Issaquah’s traditions, history, and hometown spirit.
