It’s America’s 250^th birthday aka the Semiquincentennial. What great reasons to throw a party! Mark your calendars for 4:00-7:00 pm on Saturday, August 29^th for a Community Appreciation Event. We’ll celebrate with free admission to the museum grounds for a star-spangled, heritage-driven event for all that is provided in partnership with the Washington State Arts Commission and the National Endowment for the Arts. Local actors portraying historical figures, music on the lawn, a 250^th display, an open gift-shop for browsing and ice cream will be part of this fun and entertaining evening. You won’t want to miss this!
