DESCRIPTION:The City of Ellensburg\, in partnership with Kittitas County America 250 celebrations\, invites residents\, families\, and visitors to join a special Community Picnic celebrating America 250 on Saturday\, July 4\, 2026\, from 2-6 p.m. at Unity Park\, located at 4th Ave. and Pearl St. \nThe free event will bring the community together to honor America’s 250th anniversary through an afternoon of live music\, art\, yard games\, and family-friendly fun. The celebration will begin with welcoming remarks and the presentation of the colors by the Yakama Warriors at 2:30 p.m. Live music will start at 2:45 p.m. with HornVibes\, a two-person collaboration that explores an eclectic variety of musical styles using jazz standards. Roadfever\, a classic rock cover band\, will take the stage at 4 p.m.
